CCA District Level Committees (DLCs)

District Level Committees are independent forums which bring the district partners in the CCA education (placement sites/CCA employers and education providers) together for the betterment of the education process. The CCA DLCs are responsible for:
  • Serving as a liaison group for the CCA education process and student placement coordination within their district
  • Being a resource for planning CCA human resource needs on a district basis
  • District specific responsibilities as determined by the DLC members
The Department of Health and Wellness (DHW) and the CCA Program Advisory Committee (CCAPAC) strongly encourages all CCA placement sites, CCA employers, and education providers to participate in the DLC.  It is through these committees that employers help to ensure that there is a critical mass for education programs. Through the DLCs stakeholders can provide input to the CCA Program Advisory Committee and stay informed on the CCA Program.

For contact information for the DLC in your District, contact the CCA Program Administration.
